Enthusiastic Account Manager with a focused on ensuring client satisfaction by exceeding client expectations in a driven and collaborative fast pace environment.  

My name is Monica Merizalde, I am an Account Manager driven to find an opportunity to combine two aspects of my life that bring me both drive and joy in life. A structured work environment that also welcomes creative thinking, providing an opportunity to develop a repeatable yet unique process in order to consistently deliver projects to a successful completion. As an Account Manager I feel it is very important to act as a service leader, providing guidance and support to both client and internal teams, allowing for focused attention to detail and out of the box creative thinking in order to meet a set of clearly defined goals, while always remaining flexible to change and foreseeable risk. Using my extensive project management skills and varied background, I very much hope to be your Account Manager. 

 

I have a hard working bright personality, bringing passionate dedication to every aspect of my job. This enthusiastic take on life has given me the opportunity to dive into a wide range of industries where I have quickly adapted to new challenges, learning from incredible leaders and team mates along the way. As someone driven by continual learning opportunities and professional growth, I look to be part of a fast paced environment that can quickly adapt to the current global change in order to meet the companies' constantly evolving goals. Thriving in a structured atmosphere that allows for collaborative teamwork and proactive problem solving while receiving the necessary support to achieve success and grow within the company. 

 

My diverse industry background has provided me with an array of experiences that has expanded my creative problem thinking skills when addressing the clients' pain points or solving for event cost per lead. Throughout my career, I have seeked to increase the ROI and maintain a project on a fixed timeline and release date, helping teams achieve their goals in an under budget and timely manner. 

 

While at WorldStrides I learned the true value of risk management, always remaining transparent and flexible with your client as well as internal teams during this time of crisis. In an industry heavily hit by COVID-19, it was of extreme importance to act as a serving leader, prioritizing the health and safety of my client while keeping the company’s future in mind. During this time I implemented new methods of communication in order to maintain a clear set of defined goals and expectations from both client and internal team requirements. I constructed clear tracking systems to maintain open visibility to all stakeholders and team members, as well as develop in depth meetings to demonstrate all finished items, review risks and open tasks in order to revise and re-prioritize accordingly.
